Working on interviews and tests and organising some of this autumns first tests. The 2012 MV Agusta F4 RR Corsacorta will be the first.

I'll fly over to Italy in September. My YouTube channel has just hit 34 million views, I'll celebrate at 35.

I have tested, raced and instructed onboard the 2011 BMW S 1000 RR and had an absolute whale of a time. Now I've got my road racing license

and am looking forward to more track time.

I've spent all day testing Metzeler's K3 Racetec, M5 Sportec and Z8 Roadtec tyres. I've done that by doing my first session on the 2011 Kawasaki ZX-10R, second session on the 2011 Suzuki GSX-R600, third session on the 2011 Triumph Daytona 675R and the final session on the 2011 BMW S 1000 RR splitting the session between the K3 Racetec and M5 Sportec tyres on the S1KRR. Following that we headed out onto the roads where I spent half the time on the 2011 Kawasaki Z1000SX and the rest on the 2011 Triumph Speed Triple. Needless to say it was a fun day but also very intensive with so much testing crammed into only one day. I've got onboard video of all bikes apart from the S 1000 RR when I had to save some space on my SD card for the roadtest. The Suzuki GSX-R600 onboard video is great with good sound and all but the most exciting is probably the Kawasaki Z1000SX onboard videos. Coming soon.

I'm off to Spain to test Metzeler's entire Interact range on circuit and road. That's 3 different tyres so it will be a busy day tomorrow indeed. I'll publish photos and video's here.

TEST Update; Ducati Monster 1100 EVO, Metzeler Interact Challenge, Moto Guzzi Norge 1200 GT8V, Aprilia Tuono V4R++

In the coming weeks I'll be a very busy man and it kicks off with a tyre launch with Metzeler at Cartagena racetrack in Spain. After this I'll head to Florence to ride Moto Guzzi's Norge 1200 GT8V and Stelvio NTX 4V in Tuscany. Immediately after the Moto Guzzi launch I'll fly to Sicily where I'll spend a day in the saddle of Ducati's Monster 1100 EVO. After this the plan is to fly to Milan and then head to the MV Agusta factory in Varese to roadtest the Brutale 920. Then I'll have to fly back to England again to pick up my leather suit to fly to Valencia for the Aprilia Tuono V4R launch. I suggest you add me on FB and follow me on twitter for full live updates. Hooked up with BMW at Cape Town airport where we were transported in style in a BMW 560i GT to Franschhoek and the Le Franschhoek 5 star hotel. My third stay at this fantastic hotel.

After only 2 hours sleep I hooked up with White Shark Adventures and was transported to Gansbaai, the Shark capital of the world. After about 2 hours drive we arrived for breakfast and briefing in Gansbaai. Then we headed out to sea and after about 30 minutes we ancored and started baiting for the Great Whites. It didn't take too long and we had sharks swimming around the boat. So it was just to place the cage into position and in I went and had the privelege of close contact with a Great White shark in a fairly safe environment. It wasn't just one shark it was several and one of them was a fully grown beast of a Great White. Scary but what a rush! Highly recommended! It cost me 1650 Rand which is approx £160 including breakfast, food and water at sea and lunch when we got back in.

Arrived in Cape Town mid afternoon and made my way to the Harbour Bridge hotel right next to the Westin Grand in the middle of Cape Town only 15 minutes walk from the V & A Waterfront where I had lunch before hitting The Fireman's Arms Cape Town's oldest pub. Met a group of South Africans who adopted me and we hit the Casablanca nightclub. It was fun!

Back in the UK now after a month in Norway. Amongst other things I made this.
